Avigo enters into a share exchange agreement to acquire Carbon Friendly Solutions Inc.

Avigo Resources Corp. (“Avigo” or “the Company”) – Avigo has entered into an agreement dated October 31, 2007 (the “Agreement”) to acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Carbon Friendly Solutions Inc.
